Vatli does not sell or share your personal information — and we never have. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not monetize personal data in this way.

Our commitment

Ixoric Technologies LLC (operator of Vatli) does not sell, rent, or trade the personal information of our users or their customers to third parties, and we do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

We only share data with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as Meta for message delivery, Stripe for payments, Supabase for database, and Oracle Cloud for hosting), strictly under contract and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
Request access to, or a copy of, your personal information.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion of your personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable here, as we do neither).
